Abstract (en)
A sheet or foil product sampling device has relatively displaceable blade-holder and recessed chucks (2,3) located at opposite sides of the product (1). A device for sampling a moving or stationary sheet or foil product comprises a rotated blade-holder chuck (2) and a recessed chuck (3) axially aligned on opposite sides of the product (1). The blade-holder chuck holds a circular blade (7) which faces the product and which cooperates with an annular buffer (13) of the recessed chuck, the latter also having a central suction cup (14) connected to a pressure and/or vacuum circuit. One or both chucks can be axially displaced towards and away from one another.

Le dispositif se compose d'un plateau porte-lame (2) et d'un plateau à dépression (3), disposés suivant un même axe (5) de part et d'autre du produit en bande ou en feuille (1). Le plateau porte-lame (2), monté tournant autour de l'axe (5) et entraîné en rotation (flèche R), porte une lame chauffante circulaire (7) tournée vers le produit (1). Le plateau à dépression (3) comporte un tas annulaire (13) coopérant avec la lame circulaire (7), et une ventouse centrale (14) reliée à un circuit de mise sous vide, ce plateau (3) étant mobile en translation (flèche F) suivant l'axe (5). Le dispositif permet de prélever de façon automatique un échantillon de forme circulaire sur un produit (1), tel qu'un tissu, en défilement continu ou à l'arrêt. <IMAGE>
