Abstract (en)
A glow plug for diesel engines, comprising a fixing bush (62) and a capsule (20) provided with a tubular housing (22) from which projects a sheath element (24) containing a heating resistor (26). The fixing bush (62) and the capsule (20) are two separate components, in order to improve concentricity and coaxiality tolerances for plugs with long bodies intended to be fitted into deep wells. <IMAGE>
