[origin: EP0943871A2] The odor filter (4) has a cassette housing with odor filtering material (44) between an air inlet-connection opening (40) in the housing base (42) and with an air outlet on the other housing side. The cassette housing is attachable on the fume extraction hood (2). So that by this attachment, the air inlet-connection opening (40) of the cassette housing, is connected with the air outlet connection opening (22) of the fume extraction hood, automatically.
