Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0945389A2] The traversing platform (3) is driven by a toothed bar (5) engaging with a pinion running along a corner upright (2) of the mast (1) and consists of a geared motor (8) with brake for the pinion. A cut-out switch for the geared motor has an adjustable switch piece. The support sleeve coaxial with the pinion shaft is rotary mounted in a housing (13) connected to the traversing platform and supported by a spring (18).
