[origin: EP0945558A2] The device is for fastening a shower head holder in an aperture (11) in a plate (10). A contact shoulder (5) on the holder engages on one side of the plate. A locking element (9) is fastened to the other side of the plate, it is radially moveable relative to the axis of the aperture, and is tensioned in a radial outward direction. The locking element has a toothed front (15) facing the plate, and is at a distance to the contact shoulder, which increases in radial direction. The locking element is tensioned by a spring.
