[origin: DE19747081A1] The seat unit comprises a table plate (5) connected to a base frame (4) and installed on its upper side, a strap (17) to connect the base frame to the seat back (9), and a hook-form holder element (22) to hold only one strand (23) of a three-point belt (24) tensioned along the seat back. The holder element with regard to the forward motion direction of the vehicle is installed in a position which is located behind the centre of gravity of the table unit (3). The holder prevents at least the part of the table unit facing the seat back from moving vertically upwards.
