[origin: WO9944753A1] According to the inventive method for applying a two-component impregnating or coating agent to a substrate (1), the two components are applied in layers (2, 3). The two discrete layers are not mixed until they are on the substrate (1), after which they are hardened. An ultrasonic resonator (16) is provided for this purpose.
