[origin: FR2775731A1] The fixed circular blades (2) are fitted with external pivots (3), located within the bearings (4) of the external pivots of the stator (1) of the turbine, and the internal pivots (5) located within the pivot bearings (6) of the carrier ring (7). The carrier ring is composed of a support ring (12), which carries the bearings, and a stiffening ring (13), which carries the two lips (20, 21), which are aimed towards each other and fit into the grooves (22, 23) on the support ring. One of the lips (21) fits into the pivot bearings and penetrates into the grooves (31).
