[origin: FR2755587A1] The invention concerns a footwear with an outsole (2), a hygienic sole provided with perforations in its front part and a rod, said outsole (2) comprising at least one pressure chamber (5) at the front open inward into the footwear and at least one pressure chamber (4) in the heel provided with at least a first non return valve only allowing the passage of air outward of the footwear, the chamber (5) being connected with the chamber (4) by a conduit (6) comprising a second non-return valve (8) allowing the circulation of air only from the front to the rear of the outsole (2). The invention is characterised in that the outsole (2) is moulded and comprises a comfort layer (3) cast moulded on said sole (2), the sole (2) and the comfort layer (3) defining between them the pressure chambers (4, 5) forming or enclosing a conduit (6) connecting said chambers (4, 5) and provided with the second valve (8) and at least one opening (7) and/or a conduit connecting the pressure chamber (4) of the heel on the outside and provided with the first non-return valve. The invention is useful for footwear.
