Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9812204A1] The present invention relates to novel antiproliferative genes. More specifically, isolated nucleic acid molecules are provided encoding the human B-cell translocation genes 2 and 3 (BTG-2 and BTG-3). BTG-2 and BTG-3 polypeptides are also provided, as are vectors, host cells and recombinant methods for producing the same.
