Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0949159A2] A container (1) holds fluids during storage and transport and has a pallet shaped lower frame, and exchangeable plastic container (2) with four side walls, a top with an outlet and a bottom with a tap (4) controlled outlet. The inner plastic container (2) is protected by an e.g. metal grid outer mantle. A screw (7) extends from inside the container (2) through the emptying valve (6) and tap (4) to a metal earthing component (8) and earth cable.
