Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0949181A2] The drive motor(6) of the lift acts through a transmission belt on a drive pulley(9) located axially parallel. The drive pulley is connected by a friction pulley(7) located co-axially with it to a flat drive wheel(5). The drive pulley and friction pulley are combined with a brake disc(10). The drive wheel is mounted on a support frame(11) by a fixed pivot, and the drive motor is supported on a swinging arm(13) hinged to the frame and loaded by a tension spring.
