[origin: EP0950628A2] Torque is exerted on the bobbin holder (10) through a disk (11) connected to a pinion (5) by a set of springs (8). The springs (8) are loaded through a gear train (2,3,4) from a stepping motor (1) to give a precisely predetermined torque depending on the position of the motor.
