[origin: EP0950736A2] A two-for-one twisting spindle is fitted with a reciprocating yarn guide (24) that can reach into the bobbin carrier (12). To change the spindle from twisting to winding, the yarn guide tube (26) is moved into the bobbin carrier (12) and a clutch member (21) is moved up by a push rod (19) to transfer the drive from the twisting pot (10) to the bobbin carrier (12).
