[origin: EP0950773A1] The cylindrical platform is constructed from a frame composed of beams (4,5) and a floor (6) supported by circular walls (1). A set of wheels (3) are mounted on a light spring support and fixed on the frame. A mechanism (7) allowing rotation of platform in two directions is located on the rotational axis and ensures the management of different networks. A staircase (12) is located around the mechanism and fixed to the platform.
