[origin: DE19649014A1] The invention relates to a method for producing cast parts from aluminium alloy, wherein a preformed casting unit made of a gasifiable foamed material is placed in a moulding box, covered with a pourable magnetizable granulated moulding material which is poured into the moulding box, a magnetic field penetrating the moulding box is created, the cast part is cast upon simultaneous gasification of the casting unit with the aluminium alloy molten mass, a magnetic field is created after solidification of the aluminium alloy molten mass and the moulding material is removed from the casting unit. In order to improve the productivity of the inventive method, said method is characterized in that the aluminium alloy molten mass is compressed into the casting unit through a rising pipe from bottom to top at a relatively low pressure and rotated after casting in the moulding box around an approximately horizontal rotation axis in the cast part inlet area.
