[origin: WO9843398A1] Data is supplied by a computer of a service provider to a computer of a client at the request of the latter only after clearance by a control unit. Once the client computer has requested the desired data from the service provider computer, the computer of the service provider transmits an interrogation regarding the client to the control unit which checks whether the client meets certain requirements. That being the case, a connection is made via a network enabling said connection between the control unit and the computer of the client and between the control unit and the computer of the service provider. The control unit transmits keys to the computer of the service provider and to the computer of the client. Said keys are used by the computer of the service provider to code the coded data transmitted to the computer of the client, which then decodes the data.
