Abstract (en)
The commissioner has a modular construction with the wheels of one or both axles flexibly suspended in relation to the frame (RA) of the vehicle. Two supports (T) are installed on the frame sides and extend along it, with wheels attached to the supports. The commissioner has an active running gear by which alterations of the distances from the frame to the wheel can be made.
