Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0952252A1] The fastening unit or block molding (2), is fitted to the base flange (7) of the rail near the anchoring bolt (3), to hold the metal shuttering sheet (6). The block molding fitting the rail (1) on one side (24), rests on the base flange and the lower section of the web (10) to hold the sheet. PREFERRED FEATURES:- The block molding (2) includes a recess to accommodate the anchoring bolt and a slot into which the casing sheet can be pushed by its free end, up to the horizontal dead end of the slot. The block has two slots terminating similarly, in flush orientation. The block is hood-shaped, the casing sheet having a similarly shaped region, enabling it to be fitted on. High on the block, an upward projection fits a hole in the shuttering. The block is formed to rest against the casing on opposite sides of the rail. It has a fastening joining it to the rail base flange. The block consist of the same plastics material as the embedding plastics, especially polyurethane. A further angular-section shuttering is provided, one limb extending upward on the loadbearing plate parallel to the casing sheet and resting on or close by it.
