[origin: EP0952291A2] The strap (12) positioned on the door leaf or window casement (11) has an axial sleeve (53) which grips round a bearing axle (15) held by a bearing block (28). The strap is adjustable on the casement or leaf by means of adjustments (19) which are covered by a cap (20) fixed on the side of the band strap. The axially furthest away end of the cap is hooked to the axle sleeve which has an L-shaped arm (55) hooking up with a U-shaped hook-arm (56) of the cap.
