The grid is hollow, truncated cone-shaped (1), mounted in a frame to rotate on a sloping rotary axis and positioned over the mouth of the combustion grid (K). The grid has extending hollow support arms (5) with inner air-outlets and connected to a source of a bottom draught. The smaller diameter end of the grid is closed by a plate-flap (14) and held by axially parallel legs (7) rigidly joined to a support plate (8).

Eine Vorrichtung zum Verbrennen von Holz- oder Holzbfallstücken besteht aus einem um eine schrägstehende Achse rotierenden Brennkegel (K) und einem feststehenden, der Brennkegelöffnung gegenüberstehenden Nachbrenner (N). Der Brennkegel weist mit Unterwindblaslöchern versehene Tragarme (5) auf, und der Nachbrenner ist mit einer Einrichtung (W) zum tangentialen Einleiten von Oberwind an seinem austrittsseitigen Ende versehen. Die Abmessungen von Brennkegel und Nachbrenner sind so bestimmt, daß sich bei erhöhter Belastung des Brennkegelrostes ein äußert CO-armes Verbrennungsabgas mit minimalem Staubgehalt ergibt, auch wenn das in der Vorrichtung verbrannte Abfallholz belastet ist. <IMAGE>
