[origin: EP0952404A2] The oven has a muffle with a steam aperture in a muffle wall. A filter or catalyzer is fitted in the region of this aperture. A suction fan draws the steam out of the oven through the filter. An assembly part (31) is fitted outside the muffle wall (21), and the filter casing (33) is fitted inside it, in the region of the steam aperture (23). The filter casing is held by the assembly part.
