[origin: EP0952508A1] The circuit has a first stage (T1,T3) providing a first voltage with a negative temperature coefficient and a second stage (T1-T4,R1-R4) providing a difference voltage with a positive temperature coefficient via 2 further voltages. The reference voltage is obtained by combining the first voltage and the difference voltage. The first voltage and each of the further voltages is obtained as a sum voltage of a pair of pn junction voltages.
