[origin: EP0952626A1] The connector (1) provides electrical connections between the printed circuit board conductor paths and at least one coaxial cable, each fitted into a reception channel (2) provided by the connector. The reception channel has a stepped edge (3) along its length, with its front end having a reduced cross-section corresponding to the diameter of the coaxial cable screening, with perpendicular slits in the wall of the reception channels for locating respective contact pins (9,10), with contact edges engaging the screening and the cable inner conductor.
