Abstract (en)
The press comprises several stamps (3) which are connected to a rotating shaft (5) via connecting rods (2,2a). The stamps have guides located in the region of cup and ball connectors which lead to the connecting rods. The guide units ensure that eccentric loads from the shaft are corrected before the upper stamps cut through to the lower stamp sections.

Auf der Antriebswelle (5) sind die Pleuel (2, 2a) mittels Pendelrollenlager (12, 12a) pendelnd gelagert. Die Pleuel (2, 2a) sind über Kugelgelenke (8, 8a) am Stössel (3) angelenkt. Der Stössel (3) ist beim Bereich der Kugelgelenke (8, 8a) durch obere Stösselführungen (4, 4a) geführt. Diese weisen einen Freiheitsgrad in der Bandlaufrichtung (A) des zu verarbeitenden Blechbandes (14) auf. Damit bleibt bei einer aussermittigen Belastung (F) des Stössels (3) die Oberwerkzeuge (10) mit den Unterwerkzeugen (11) ausgerichtet. <IMAGE>
