Abstract (en)
The interior of the container (6) being filled is temporarily pre-tensioned before the filling stage with a pressurized inert gas, such as carbon dioxide. During the filling stage, the gas displaced from the container as a result of the liquid poured in, is contained under pressure in a return gas collector chamber (23). After filling, the container is returned to atmospheric pressure via a release duct. The housing (7) of the filler element (3) contains a fluid duct (11) which opens into a filler pipe (10) protruding beyond the underside of the filler element. A valve (13) inside the duct opens when the container's aperture (5) is placed tightly against the filler element. A gas duct (14) with opening (15) joins the container's interior. Three separately controlled valves (16,17,18) control the gas-ducts in the housing. Two return valves (25,28) are positioned in two gas ducts. An Independent claim is included for a filler element.

Ein Füllsystem zum Füllen von Flaschen oder dergleichen Behälter mit einem flüssigen Füllgut unter Gegendruck besitzt mehrere Füllelemente. Jedes Füllelement weist ein Flüssigkeitsventil zur gesteuerten Abgabe des Füllgutes sowie mehrere in einem Gehäuse ausgebildete Gaskanäle auf, die durch wenigstens drei, für jedes Füllelement gesondert vorgesehene und individuell steuerbare Steuerventile derart steuerbar sind, daß unterschiedlichste Verfahrensweisen beim Abfüllen des Füllgutes möglich sind, und zwar allein durch Änderung der Ansteuerung der Steuerventile bzw. durch Änderung eines entsprechenden Programms für eine mikroprozessor- oder computergestützte Steuereinrichtung. <IMAGE>
