Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0953542A2] The filler element (3) housing (6) contains a liquid-duct (9) forming a discharge opening, and connected to the liquid-chamber of a boiler (2). The boiler contains a gas-chamber which contains an atmosphere below a first gas pressure. A liquid-valve (13) is opened for filling a container (4) placed by its aperture (5) on the filler element, and is closed at the end of the filling stage. A return gas pipe (14) has a bottom open end (11') protruding beyond the underside of the filler element, and at least partly enclosed by the discharge opening. A gas duct (16) extends from the bottom end of the return pipe into the gas-chamber. A gas valve with main body blocks and opens the gas duct to the gas chamber. Gas-ways (20,21,28) are controlled by a control valve (23). A trinox duct (26) contains a preferably inert gas at a second gas pressure higher than the first gas pressure, and is connected by the control valve and a first gas-way (21,28) with the interior of the container.
