[origin: EP0953697A2] The house construction has at least one base module (1), to which auxiliary modules (4) are added on the outside. The interior walls can be freely positioned within the base module by providing the latter as a stable system with exterior walls and a single pair of loadbearing supports (3), extending between the foundation and the roof, with computer-aided design of the overall structure. An Independent claim for a design method for a modular house construction is also included.
