In the locating walls (20,22) of the profile body a bulge (60) is provided, in which the metal layer (40) is arranged, so that the locating surface (70) formed from the profile body and the locating surface (80) formed from the metal layer (40) lie in a plane.

Ein Abstandhalterprofil für einen Abstandhalterrahmen, der im Randbereich einer Isolierscheibeneinheit unter Bildung eines Scheibenzwischenraumes anzubringen ist, mit einem Profilkorpus aus schlecht wärmeleitendem Material und mit einer Metallschicht (40), die mit den zur Anlage an den Scheibeninnenseiten bestimmten Anlagewänden (20,22) des Profilkorpus stoffschlüssig verbunden ist, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Anlagewänden (20,22) des Profilkorpus jeweils eine Einbuchtung (60) vorgesehen ist, in der die Metallschicht (40) angeordnet ist, so daß die vom Profilkorpus gebildete Anlagefläche (70) und die von der Metallschicht (40) gebildete Anlagefläche (80) im wesentlichen in einer Ebene liegen. <IMAGE>
