Abstract (en)

The product band enters a further overlapping, double-sieve band (10, 13) region (20), where coating medium is applied through the sieves. An Independent claim is included for the corresponding papermaking machine. Preferably one sieve has a finer structure differing from that of earlier sieves (2, 6). Coating takes place on one or both sides. Following coating, suction is applied by nozzles or rollers, on the opposite side. Further material is applied and similarly extracted.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines flüssigen oder pastösen Mediums auf eine laufende Materialbahn (P) aus Papier oder Karton. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Aufbringung des Auftragsmediums die Materialbahn von einer ersten Doppelsiebzone auf eine zweite Doppelsiebzone überführt wird. <IMAGE>
