Abstract (en)
The runoff (3) from the valve (1) branches off from the valve chamber (4). Intermediate chamber (10) is provided between the inflow and the valve chamber having outer diaphragm sealing. The intermediate chamber ensures exact dosing of washing liquid. The valve has an inflow (2) from a supply container and a runoff (3) for the liquid. An electromagnetic coil actuated, valve tappet (7) having insulation element, is provided to open and shut a valve chamber (4) and so separate the connection between the inflow and the runoff. The valve chamber is insulated by a flexible diaphragm sealing. The runoff branches off from the valve chamber. A sealing plate (13) is pushed down to open the connection between the inflow and the intermediate chamber (10) to feed in washing liquid. When the liquid is needed, the sealing plate closes the through path (12) to the intermediate chamber and the sealing (9) is lifted from the path (11) between intermediate chamber and valve chamber.

Es wird ein Dosierventil zur Dosierung von flüssigen Mitteln bei Haushaltsgeräten vorgeschlagen, das eine hohe Betriebssicherheit aufweist. Dies wird bei einem Ventil mit einem Zufluß für die Mittel aus einem Vorratsbehälter und einem Abfluß entsprechend der gewünschten Dosierung, die durch einen Schließkörper mit Dichtelement zum Öffnen und Schließen einer am Membran gedichteten Ventilkammer getrennt sind, dadurch erreicht, daß der Abfluß von der Ventilkammer abzweigt.
