Abstract (en)
The supply channels (6) for delivering hot gas or steam to the press are opened and closed using a blocking device (9) secured to the outside of the bottom part (1) of the press. A non-flowing mixture of chip and/or fiber material with heat-curable binder is delivered to a mold cavity (2) defined by a fixed bottom part, movable top part (3) and sealable cover (4).

Es ist eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Formteilen aus einem nicht fließfähigen Gemisch von Span- und/oder Faserwerkstoffen und wärmehärtbaren Bindemitteln beschrieben. Sie besitzt ein feststehendes Preßwerkzeugunterteil (1), an welchem ein den Füllraum (2) umfassendes, rahmenartiges, mit einem Deckel (4) verschließbares Preßwerkzeugoberteil (3) vertikal geführt ist. Auf der Außenseite des Preßwerkzeugunterteils (1) ist eine mit diesem verbundene Sperrvorrichtung der Zuführungskanäle (6) angeordnat. <IMAGE>
