Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0957268A2] A base-mounted electromagnetic valve comprises a base member (1) and an electromagnetic valve (2). An intermediate block (4) is provided which connects a main valve portion (3) of the electromagnetic valve (2) with a pilot valve portion (5). The intermediate block (4) has a recessed portion (50) disposed on a surface adjoining the pilot valve portion (5) and a fit-in portion (51) capable of fitting into a recess (21) of the base member (1) in which at least one power supply socket (22) is provided. A relay connector (53) which separably connects lead-in terminals (52) of the pilot valve portion (5) with the power supply socket (22) of the base member (1) is provided within the recessed portion (50). Removal and mounting of the pilot valve (5) is facilitated which allows assembly, maintenance and the like to be carried out easily and simply. <IMAGE>
