A shell (4) which forms at least part of the outer wall of the moulded body can be filled with hardening filling material. There may be axially parallel guides (5) for a lifting device. These guides may be in the form of grooves moulded into the moulded body. The shell may be made up of several components, or may consist at least partly of a pre-moulded material, the shape of which remains stable when filled with the filling material.
