[origin: EP0958774A2] At least one vertical door member of a shower partition includes a glass plate which is attached on at least one long side to a section (10) by means of an adhesive. The plate is secured by a coupling member including a bolt (24) which engages a recess (22) in the glass plate. Preferably the recess is provided in the horizontal edge (20) of the plate and/or is formed as an open recess. It may also be in the form of a hole passing through the plate in the edge region. The coupling member is preferably located at the upper and/or lower end of the plate and includes a space (32) to receive the corner of the plate.
