Abstract (en)
The flap guide (20) can selectively be moved into at least two positions. In a first position, the guide locates on at least one of the clamp rollers (10,12) so that it impedes it. The band (14) is thus forced to deviate from a normal path in order at an angle to follow a path to the winding pin (16) and a second position in which the guide does not locate on the clamp roller. This process prevents unnecessary wear or groove formation on the surface of the clamp rollers during winding after the band has been brought into engagement with the winding pin and wound around it.

Ein Wickelsystem für dünnes Stahlband (14), durch das verhindert wird, daß sich das dünne Stahlband (14) um seine Klemmrollen (10) wickelt, und durch das sichergestellt wird, daß das Band (14) zu einem festgelegten Wickeldorn (16) geführt wird, wodurch betriebliche Verzögerungen verringert und die Produktivität eines Warmwalzwerks für dünnes Stahlband (14) gesteigert wird. Das System umfaßt eine Klappenführung (20), die in mindestens zwei Positionen bewegt werden kann, eine erste Position, in der sie während des anfänglichen Einfädelvorgangs für jedes zu wickelnde Band (14) an einer Klemmrolle (10) anliegt, und eine zweite normale Betriebsposition, in der sie während des Aufwickeln des Bandes (14) auf dem genannten festgelegten Wickeldorn (16) nicht an der genannten Klemmrolle (10) anliegt. Die Klappenführung (20) kann ebenfalls in Systemen mit mehreren Wickeldornen verwendet werden und für einen automatischen Betrieb ausgelegt werden. <IMAGE>
