Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0958986A2] The signaling system has track circuit measurement devices, axle meters etc. and an evaluation circuit via which the system is connected to a voltage supply and which evaluates signal voltages from the signaling system. A separate monitoring device receives signaling system operating parameters, e.g. the supply and signal voltages and if appropriate the phase of the voltage measurement value in the rest state independently of the track-free measurement system. The operating parameters are measured and evaluated against time.
