Abstract (en)

The spindle (8) is fitted with a bell-shaped balloon limiter (9) driven by a motor (16). At the bottom of the inner surface (19) is a guide (34) facing against the direction of rotation that entrains and holds the yarn (P) when the drive is switched off after startup. At startup, with both drives (10,16) switched on, the yarn forms a loop (23) through the gap between the bottom of the balloon limiter (9) and a stationary ring (28). When the drive to the limiter is switched off, its rotation is maintained by the yarn and the yarn tension increases so that the yarn loop is withdrawn and the yarn entrained in the yarn guide (34).

Die Spindel-Spinnvorrichtung oder Zwirnvorrichtung enthält eine mit Antrieb (10) versehene Spindel (8) für eine Hülse (13), einen die Spindel (8) umschließenden Ballonbegrenzer (9), der mit einer inneren Führungsoberfläche (19) für den Kontakt mit dem Garn versehen ist, als auch einen Antrieb (16) für denselben Drehsinn wie die Spindel (8), und eine Begrenzungswand (26), die das untere Ende des Ballonbegrenzers unbeweglich umschließt. Der Ballonbegrenzer (9), dem der Antrieb (10) mit programmiertem Ausschalten zugeordnet ist, ist auf seiner Führungsoberfläche (19) im Bereich seines unteren Teils mit wenigstens einem Garnführer (34) versehen, der in Richtung gegen den Umdrehungssinn des Ballonbegrenzers (9) zum Auffangen des Garns nach Abschalten des Antriebs (10) des Ballonbegrenzers (9) offensteht und für die Mitnahme durch das auf die Hülse (13) aufzuwickelnde Garn vorgesehen ist. <IMAGE>
