Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0959182A1] The platform, comprising a bridge (1) carrying technical equipment (5, 6, 7) and supported by legs (21, 22) which rest on the sea bed and hold the bridge above the water's surface. The legs are telescopic and fitted with floats (10) which transmit an Archimedes thrust to the bridge and keep it at a set height above the surface.
