Abstract (en)
A flow guide plate (24) oriented towards the steam turbine exhaust (12) is integrally mounted inside the diffusor exit, on the half-shell section (22) facing the exhaust. The diffusor (1) comprises a casing with cylindrical and cuboidal sections (17, 18) enclosing a collection region for the work medium driving the turbine, an exhaust being provided in the cuboidal casing section (18) for the work medium. The diffusor contains half-shell sections (22, 23) facing towards and away from the exhaust, and a diffusor exit leads into the collection region.
Abstract (de)
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den Axial-Radial-Diffusor einer Axialturbine so auszubilden, dass die Strömungsführung im Austrittsbereich des Arbeitsmediums verbessert, der Druckrückgewinn und damit auch der Wirkungsgrad der Axialturbine erhöht werden. Dazu ist auf der dem Auslass (12) zugewandten Halbschale (22) des Axial-Radial-Diffusors (1) eine Strömungs-Leitvorrichtung (24) angeordnet. Die Strömungs-Leitvorrichtung (24) ist bündig zum Diffusoraustritt (16) ausgebildet und zum Auslass (12) ausgerichtet. <IMAGE>
