[origin: EP0959315A1] The open-work laths for ventilating blocks of wood have the shape of a parallelepiped (1) with grooves (2,3) and voids (4) enabling a free circulation of air. One end has a projection (5) and the other a hole (6) with a shape corresponding to the projection enabling assembly of several pieces. The voids are arranged in the axes between the grooves (3) in the direction across the longitudinal groove (2).
