[origin: EP0959528A2] The arrangement has contact pins arranged close together with irreversible connections between contact pins and current leads. Each lead has crimp contacts bent about one contact pin at the connection point and is crimped onto this pin. The arrangement has tightly packed integrated electronics in a casing (1), contact pins (3) associated with the casing and current leads (10,11) for electrical connection to each contact pin. Because of the high packing density of the electronics, the contact pins are arranged close together and an irreversible connection is made between the contact pins and current leads. Each current lead has a crimp contact (12) bent about one contact pin at a connection point and is crimped onto this contact pin at the connection point. An Independent claim is also included for a method of producing a crimped connection.
