[origin: EP0960692A2] The machining device consists of a revolving carrier body (5) forming the tool, with foil or paper abrasive covering (7) on its working surface (6), in which there are several channels connected to a suction line. The covering is held on by negative pressure. The channels may come out in an axial boring (11) of the shaft (3) carrying the carrier body. This boring merges into at least one radial through aperture (12), which is in flow connection with an annular groove in the fixed bearing part (1) and can be connected to the suction line.
