Abstract (en)
The system includes two conveyor elements (24,25), driven by separate motors (28) along a working stretch (31) between an output point (20) and a transfer point (30). Each element has followers (27) projecting over part of length with uniform spacing. Several pusher elements are arranged at a distance to this spacing at the transfer point and are movable at right angles to the conveying direction (A). Several reception elements are arranged at each conveyor element for receiving packing containers (33). The filled containers are supplied to the output point (20). The products (12) are pushed by the pusher elements in to the container at the transfer point.

Längs einer zwischen einer Aufgabestelle (20) und einer Übergabestelle (30) verlaufenden Arbeitsstrecke (31) sind zwei Förderelemente (24, 25) durch separate Motoren (28) antreibbar. Von jedem Förderelement (24, 25) stehen über einen Teil seiner Länge Mitnehmer (27) mit regelmässiger Teilung ab. An der Übergabestelle (30) sind mehrere Schieberelemente im Abstand dieser Teilung angeordnet und quer zur Förderrichtung (A) bewegbar. An einem Förderglied sind mehrere Aufnahmeelemente zur Aufnahme von Verpackungsbehältern (33) angeordnet. Die gefüllten Behälter (33) werden durch das Förderglied einer Abgabestelle zugeführt. An der Übergabestelle (30) werden die Produkte (12) durch die Schieberelemente in die Behälter (33) geschoben. Die Vorrichtung ermöglicht bei hoher Flexibilität eine schonende Handhabung der Produkte (12). <IMAGE>
