[origin: EP0960976A1] The blower box to direct steam at a moving web, especially of paper or cardboard, has supply lines (20) with a plug nipple (24) and limit stop (26) at the ends to be coupled to the steam guide lines (16). The carrier plate (18) has openings (30), for the insertion of the plug nipples (24) as far as their limits (26) from one side of the carrier plate (18) to project through the other side, where they are coupled to the steam guide lines (16). A fixing bar (32), at the carrier plate (18), slides parallel to the plate (18) and behind the limits (26), to hold them in place at the carrier plate (18).
