[origin: EP0961095A2] The coolant tubes are flat (8) and the componetns joining them to one another are formed as disks (6), which have a breakthrough, via which they are connected to the inner space of the flat tubes. The flat tubes, at least at one face-side end, are closed. They have turbulence inserts and on their inside and/or outside are plated with solder.
