Abstract (en)
Locally, on the exterior of the substrate (2), supportive material (5) is attached; this is area-bonded to the substrate, preferably over the entire area of contact. An Independent claim is also included for the method of making the inner shoe. The thermoformable foam substrate is shaped for a foot and is laid into a mold, which is closed. Supportive material introduced, is located for external bonding onto the substrate. The product is hardened, the mold opened and the inner shoe is extracted.

Innenschuh (1) für einen Sportschuh, insbesondere einen Snowboardschuh oder Skischuh, mit einem der Fußform anpaßbaren Träger (2) aus thermoverformbaren, vorzugsweise geschäumten Material, wobei auf einem Teil der Außenseite des Trägers bereichsweise ein Stützmaterial (5) aufgebracht ist, wobei das Stützmaterial flächig, vorzugsweise vollflächig mit dem Träger verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
