[origin: EP0962292A2] The meat slicing device (1) consists of a cutting unit (2) and a swivel mounted, hydraulically driven feeding device (3). The cutting unit (2) has at least one oscillating working blade frame (13) containing several parallel mounted blades (14,15). To avoid the need for frequent cleaning off jammed meat, the blade carrying frame (13) is permanently fixed to at least one linear oscillating lifting rod (16), which is positioned outside the feeding areae (3,9). No meat can get trapped in awkward spaces.
