Abstract (en)
A molding box (10), for shaping a loosely filled sheath, has an air suction/injection connection (20). A molding box (10), for receiving a loosely filled hose- or bag-like package sheath, has a closable opening (16) at one end of the box (10), the opposite end of the box being closed by a rear wall (18) having an air connection (20) for sucking or blasting air out of or into the box at least in the region adjacent the rear wall. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a work table (30) for the above molding box (10), having an air connection nozzle (34) for airtight connection of the air connection (20) to a reduced pressure generator; (2) a method of inserting a loosely filled hose- or bag-like package (50) into a molding box, especially as described above, by using reduced pressure to suck the package (50) into the box (10) through its opening (16); and (3) a method of removing a loosely filled hose- or bag-like package from a molding box, especially as described above, by using pressure to expel the package.

Die Erfindung besteht in einem Formkasten (10) mit an Längskanten (22) aufeinanderstoßenden Seitenwänden (12), die in Längsrichtung von zwei gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten begrenzt werden, und mit einer verschließbaren Öffnung (16) zur Aufnahme einer locker befüllten schlauch- oder beutelförmigen Verpackungshülle, bei dem sich die Öffnung (16) an einer ersten Stirnseite des Formkastens (10) befindet und bei dem der Formkasten (10) auf seiner der ersten Stirnseite gegenüberliegenden hinteren Stirnseite durch eine hintere Stirnwand (18) abgeschlossen ist und einen Luftanschluß (20) aufweist, um Luft zumindest im an die hintere Stirnwand (18) angrenzenden Bereich aus dem Formkasten (10) abzusaugen und auf diese Weise eine Verpackung in das Innere des Formkastens (10) zu saugen oder um Luft zumindest in den an die hintere Stirnwand (18) angrenzenden Bereich in den Formkasten einzublasen und auf diese Weise die Verpackung aus dem Formkasten (10) zu drücken. <IMAGE>
