The arrangement has a carrier element (4) engaging the drum (2) coaxially wrt. the drum axis (3) that can be moved vertically with the drum by a lifting arrangement (5), whereby the drum can be rotated about its axis when raised above a base (6). The carrier element together with the lifting arrangement is arranged on a single end of the drum and the lifting arrangement has at least one pivotable carrier part contg. the carrier element that can be displaced about a pivot axis (10) lying essentially parallel to the drum axis and parallel to the base to raise the drum from the base.

Das koaxial zur Trommelachse (3) an der Trommel (2) angreifende Tragelement (4) der Wickelvorrichtung ist samt Hubeinrichtung (5) nur auf einer einzigen Stirnseite der Trommel (2) angeordnet, wobei die Trommel (2) zum Abheben vom Untergrund (6) mitsamt einem das Tragelement (4) aufweisenden schwenkbaren Trägerteil (8) mittels einer Verstelleinrichtung (9) um eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Trommelachse (3) und parallel zum Untergrund (6) liegende Schwenkachse (10) verschwenkbar ist. Es ergibt sich damit eine konstrukitv einfache Wickelvorrichtung, wobei die handzuhabenden Trommeln sehr einfach an der freibleibenden äußeren Bordscheibe (7) manipuliert werden können. <IMAGE>
